New London Gallery : Nelly Duff

I am very excited to be working with Nelly Duff Gallery. Situated on Columbia Road's famous flower market, Nelly Duff is very well known and liked Edition House & Gallery established in 2005, showcasing a fabulous roster of artists, I am thrilled to be joining them.

Here I am signing some new 'Falcon' prints in the gallery. Here is what they have to say about it..

Emerson reappropriates both the traditional form of print and the Trope of the female portrait to amazing effect. With distorted silhouettes, charcoal dusted screen prints and unconventional shapes, Emerson pushes print boundaries with beautiful editions. We will be displaying a full range of her works in the gallery on Saturday, so come in and wonder at her marvellous works this weekend read more...

National Youth Arts Trust Charity Auction

The National Youth Arts Trust are passionate about the Arts. NYAT believe that now, more than ever, we need to invest in the Arts. Art and Culture have the potential to build bridges, strengthen communities and help us aspire to a fairer, more inclusive and more progressive society. To do this, we need the Arts to be accessible to all regardless of your familys wealth or where you are born. Sadly though, many talented young people are prevented from following their passions by a lack of financial support, with the performing arts becoming less and less diverse as a result.

I will be donating two Artworks which will be auctioned to raise funds for the NYAT , alongside patron Grayson Perry on the 13th September in London.

Secret Blisters Friday 27th October 6-10pm

I am very excited to be taking part in the long-awaited 'Blisters' show hosted by Print Club London, it is BACK after 3 years away and it's set to be bigger and better than ever before! This year's show is based on BOOKS! There are 50 artists drawing inspiration from their favourite book, quote or author to produce a limited edition screenprint! Each print is an edition of 50 and sold at £50 a pop! The exhibition will be housed next door to Print Club in our neighbour's beautiful warehouse 'MC Motors' and to quench your thirst all the drinks for the evening will be supplied by Dalston's famous basement lounge 'Ruby's'.

My Print and the book which inspired it are top secret..as its fun to try and guess the books as you go round the exhibition but here is a quote from the book.. you can expect a sparkly print too!

“She was feeling supernatural tonight. She wanted to EAT diamonds.”

Get on the guestlist, it's going to be a real page-turner!

RSVP IS ESSENTIAL, YOU CAN RSVP HERE
